At Helping Paws Animal Hospital, our experienced team provides safe, affordable spay and neuter procedures using modern anesthesia, comprehensive pain management, and attentive post-op care. Important Information

  • We are open by appointment ONLY. All appointment requests can be made through our website or PetsApp. Please click the “Make an Appointment” tab and a team member will follow up with you promptly regarding your request.
  • Currently, we only service K-9s and Felines (no exotics, rabbits, or hamsters)
  • K-9s and Felines must be a minimum of 4 months old and 3lbs to be spayed or neutered
  • All animals that are spayed/neutered require an E-Collar for post op recovery. E-Collars will be available for purchase onsite if needed.
  • **No food or water past 10PM the night before your pet’s surgical appointment**

Surgery Check-in/Pick-up

  • K-9: Check-in starts at 7:30a. All dogs MUST be on a leash attached to a collar or harness
  • Feline: Check-in starts at 8:00a. Cats MUST be in carriers labeled with the cat’s name, your name and /or phone number
  • Feral Felines: Check-in starts at 8:15a. Feral cats MUST be in a metal trap, not a normal carrier
  • We will text you when your pet is out of surgery with a pickup time. Pick up times are usually between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
